A Practical Checklist Before You Move Workloads to the Cloud

Cloud migration projects fail less often because of the technology and more often because of planning gaps: unclear workload dependencies, no cost model, and no operational plan for who manages the environment after go-live.
Before you migrate, get clear on: which workloads actually benefit from the cloud, your target architecture (public, private or hybrid), a realistic cost model, and who owns ongoing cloud management once the migration is complete.
